Conduction of master classes is one of the ways for rapprochement, mobilization and rehabilitation of IDP women and girls, as a result of which they have a desire to participate in other activities.
IDP women and girls gathered at the Women’s Support Center of Senaki learned to cook a cake.
During the master class participants learned about the ingredients necessary for making a cake. They got a few tips on how to prepare the cake so that it was airy and tasty.
The participants were actively involved in the process of cooking, and finally tasted the cake which they cooked together.

A master class in cooking was held in the Women's SupportCenter in Khoni.
There was cooked a meat salad. Women think that they learn a lot at master classes. They record all the recipes of tasty salads, cakes and pastries, cooked at the master classes, in order to cook themselves for their family members at home.
Participants of the master class were also provided with the information about the 16-day campaign. They were handed out posters and leaflets about the campaign.
Women and young women IDPs gather in Women’s Support centres on the appointed day and hour to exchange experiences and skills of cooking.
In October master classes in cooking took place in Tskhaltubo (12.10.10), Khoni (14.10.10) Senaki (22.10.10) and Poti (20.10.10). Women have demonstrated their skills in preparing salads, pizza and a cake "Raffaelo".
Such meetings are important for women because they not only learn, involving in the process of cooking of various dishes, but also get a chance to talk and discuss their problems.

Women's SupportCenter is a place where women have opportunity not only to acquire knowledge on various issues, but also to share their experiences.
In August, master-classes on cookery were held in 6 cities, where function Women’s Support Centres. As always, after listening to the theoretical part participants involved in the process of preparation themselves. Together, they prepared cakes, pies and salads.

After participation in such meetings they had a desire to participate in other measures of the organization, learn more about their rights and obtain useful knowledge.
At the master-classes carried out in July in Women’s Support Centres of Khoni, Tskhaltubo, Poti, Senaki, and Khurcha participants – women and girls IDPs and locals learned how to cook cakes and pies. They obtained many advices on what they should do to cook a tasty cake. Participants involved in the process of cooking themselves.
In conclusion all had possibility to taste the cakes cooked together.

Women who gathered in the Women’s Support Centre of Khoni listened to lawyer’s consultation on different issues: divorce, procedures on provision of internally displaced persons – IDPs with the long-term premise, protection of children’s interests in family relations etc.
During the second part of the meeting there was organized Master-class on cooking. Leader of the Master-class was Natella Liparteliani, she taught attendees how to cook a cake "Ideal”.
How to make a cake "Idela”, which ingredient are needed – participants listened to this information and involved in the process of cooking themselves. After an hour they tasted the cake.
Participants evaluated Master-class positively and mentioned: "it is good to have possibility to meet and share experiences with each other and forgot about everyday problems for a while.

Meetings were carried out in Women’s Support Centres of Khoni (21.05.10) and Senaki (25.05.10). At these meetings girls are acquainted with international documents protecting their rights.
