Students of the School of Young Women-Leaders gathered in the office of Fund "Sukhumi”. The topic of the three-days training was "Leadership and conflict”. This was the second training carried out for the students of the School.
The first day of the training was dedicated to the discussion of the homework which was the following: during a month students should carry out two types of survey: quantitative (conduction of survey among youth) and qualitative (conduction of five in-depth interviews with women-leaders).
Through group-work participants of the training tried to make situational analysis about the situation in their cities from the point of view women’s leadership, what are opinions of youth about these issues.
Social conflicts, personal elements of the conflict, dynamics, management, conflict analysis – the rest two days girls worked in this direction. There were used group exercises and role games during the training.
Students think that the training has changed much in them:
-My relatives notice that I have changed, became bolder and independent.
-When I have many problems I tell myself: you should solve problems yourself – you can do this.
At the end of the training students of the School of leaders were given the next homework
